Have been completely hopeless with this blog for the best part of a year! Shame really, because I got off to such a good start!
Although everyone must of given up on this blog some time ago I am still going to get stuck in again very soon!
I need to add the story of the 'night and day ultra marathon' from last summer and the '24hr mountain bike race' from last summer..........watch this space.

This Blog will record the activities of the next 2 and a half years of training. Culmninating in completing 'Le Marathon Des Sables' in April of 2009, aka the toughest foot race on earth. In broad terms it involves running 150 miles across the Sahara Desert in six days whilst carrying all your own equipment & food. This will entail a large amount of preparation but hopefully an even larger amount of money being raised for Marie Curie Cancer Care. Wish me luck!

Mate, I am still with you pal, check your blog every so often and always up for rwading more!!!! And you have not been as crap I have been with mine so feel proud!!!! Thanks for the emails and information recently, I have the forms ready to fax now I know the situation re Sleepless... I am starting my cycling again properly with this cycle, can't wait!!!
